This browser cannot talk to the phone
The collector needs WebUSB, which is available in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and other Chromium-based browsers on Windows, macOS and Linux. Firefox and Safari do not support it, and neither does iOS.
Please reopen this page in Chrome or Edge on a desktop or laptop.
1 Prepare the phone
- Connect the phone to this computer with a USB cable.
- Unlock the phone and leave the screen on.
- On the phone, USB debugging must be enabled in Settings, System, Developer options.
- Close any other tool that might be using the phone (Android Studio, adb, scrcpy, a file transfer window).
2 Connect
Choose your phone in the list the browser shows. The phone will then ask you to allow USB debugging; tap Allow.

3 Describe the problem
All three are optional, but a case reference and a sentence about what went wrong save a great deal of time at our end.
4 Collect and send
This takes a few minutes, most of it spent on the full Android bug report. Keep the phone connected and unlocked until it finishes.

Collected, but not sent
The logs were collected but could not be uploaded. Please use Save a copy and email the file to your Soverli contact.
What gets collected
System logs, kernel messages, crash dumps, running processes, and a standard Android bug report. This is diagnostic data about the device and its software, and it is used only to investigate the problem you are reporting.
A bug report is broad by nature: it can include the names of installed applications, wifi network names and recent system activity. It does not include your messages, photos, documents, passwords or account credentials. You can press Save a copy to inspect the file yourself before or after sending it.
